The Garden House Day Nursery Staff

One of our greatest strengths is that our Nursery staff are all experienced. The staff are chosen for their personal qualities as well as their childcare qualifications. They have a genuine love of children and this shows through in their everyday practice.

Key person

Within the Early Years Department we use a key person system. This means that a particular staff member has responsibility for your child. The key person has a co-person who works alongside them to ensure continuity in case of absence. The key person monitors your child throughout the day and is responsible for keeping records. Parents are told every day what their child has been doing.
