There are two Parents’ Evenings in Year 7.
One early on in the Autumn Term with the Form Tutor only.

You will be invited for a 10 minute prearranged meeting. You will be able to discuss how your daughter is getting on generally and to inform us of anything which you feel we should know.

A second evening will take place in the Spring Term in the Welsford Hall. The subject teachers sit at tables with their names displayed and you queue to see those who teach your daughter. (This is when you need to know the names of the teachers!)

We try to allow five minutes for each consultation but timing is difficult so be prepared to wait around. If you need a longer consultation it is better to ask for a separate meeting at another time with that particular teacher.

Refreshments are served to you.

Girls do not accompany parents.

These evenings run from 7 – 9 p.m. If you arrive later, say after 8 p.m., we ask parents to split up and work the room separately. We try to protect everyone with a 9 p.m. finish.
