All the staff have responsibility for the personal and academic development of the children but if you have any problems concerning your child, you are asked to write first to the class teacher or form tutor who is a key figure in the pastoral programme of the school.

In the senior school, the Deputy Head, Mrs Hoyes, is the next person in the system who deals with pastoral issues and major concerns. In the prep school, you may wish to raise matters with the Key Stage coordinators, Mrs Jeffery and Mrs Wilson, or directly with Mr Berry, the head of the prep department.

Mrs Kirkham, the headmistress, is happy to talk with parents or students whose concerns have not been resolved through these channels.
