Congratulations to Becki who has become the U14 ISA Cross-Country Champion 2010. Becki ran an outstanding race, paced herself around the course tremendously and finished in true style with a sprint. Becki has qualified for the National Cross-Country Competition on the 26th February 2010.

U14 ISA CROSS-COUNTRY REGIONAL TEAM CHAMPIONS

Following on from Becki's success the U14 team become the ISA Cross-Country Team Champions 2010. Becki came first, Charlotte came 5th and Beth came 6th. An excellent team performance and worthy winners of the Trophy. All three pupils have qualified for the National ISA finals in Rugby.

Well done to all the runners especially to Aislinn who came 18th and Lucy who came 22nd. Good luck our National finalists.

U16 ISA CROSS-COUNTRY REGIONAL TEAM RUNNERS UP

Congratulations to Alice, Frankie and Amy who have finished in second place in the regional cross-country team championships. The team gave an excellent performance and proudly received their silver medals. Alice who finished 4^th and Frankie who finished 5^th have also qualified for the National finals in Rugby on the 27^th February 2010, Amy finished 13^th.

Well done to all the runners especially to Anna  who came 14^th and Katie  who came 18^th.
