Today I heard something sad,
Today I heard something scary.
Today my Grandma died
and I cried and cried.
Mum said there will be a funeral
but I don't want to go,
I know I'll just cry and cry and cry.
So that's why I don't want to go.
I want to go to bed but Mum won't let me go.
Dad said Grandma is still with us,
But where?
I'd do anything for my Grandma
Just as long as I saw her one last time.

I have an owner,
her name is Amie.
She got a new pet,
it's humungous.
It's a ridge back
and I'm a Jack Russell, you see.
It's big, I'm small.
It stepped on my paw
then it growled.
It's hurt me loads.
I've got a scar on my leg.
I'm badly injured
it broke my leg
when we were playing,
(That was my fault)
The next day the thing was gone.
I went to Amie.
She was looking out of the window.
I wondered if it was the thing.
It was.
Amie was crying, she was sad
to see it leave.
Luckily I won't get hurt
so I'm happy, but what about Amie?
She hasn't got it but she's got me.

Frightened.
I was going to sit down.
I was with my three friends.
It started to move,
we were petrified.
We came out of an opening,
we were going up.
It sprinted to the top.
When it got there it stopped
then it zoomed down.
I was screaming
and it came to a stop.
I looked.
It had finished.

My pony is brown with a black mane and tail.
He got struck by lightening.
He is old, very old.
He is so gentle but cheeky.
He loves custard creams.
And he loves me.

I have a pet bumble bee,
His name is Bumble.
He comes every day to my window
And sits on my finger.
He never stings me.
His fur is soft, not prickly.
He is my best friend.
My only friend.
Today, he came to my window.
His fluffy coat was faded.
The yellow is like white
And the black is like grey.
He falls off the window,
He can't get up.
He tries to fly but he is too weak.
He gives one last buzz then he lies still.
My best friend.
My only friend,
Gone forever.
I didn't even say goodbye.
