Dear Parents, Stratford-Upon-Avon: Thursday 4th October – Sunday 7th October

Thank you for the balance for the above trip. I am now able to give you more details.
Departure from school - 9am Thursday 4th October

Return to school – Approximately 3pm Sunday 7th October

Kit List
1 small case – the girls will have to carry their case up one flight of stairs. 1 small piece of hand luggage

Washing kit
Hair dryer

Towels
Pyjamas

Clothes for 4 days – including smart clothes for an evening visit to the Theatre
Waterproof jacket

Money – there are vending machines at the centre and there will be some free time in Stratford.
The girls are representing the school at all times so please no bare midriffs, shorts, short skirts or excessive make-up.

Bedding

Bedding is provided. However, I would recommend:
1 pillow case 1 single flat sheet

1 single fitted sheet

Meals

Three meals a day are provided.
Activities

These will take place either at the Centre or in Stratford.

I am sure that all the girls will enjoy the visit and I know that I can rely on best behaviour at all times.
