10th October 2007 Dear Parents, Netball Tour 15th - 19th October 2007 I would like to remind you that the final payment £105.00 is due this Friday, 12th October if you have not already paid. Departure from school on Monday 15th October is at 4.45am. Please ensure that you arrive no later than 4.30am to allow a prompt departure. Girls will need a packed lunch for the journey. A small amount of spending money can be brought with them as there will be opportunities to purchase drinks and souvenirs during their stay. In an emergency please contact Mr Pluck at school during the day and his mobile during the evening and not the hotel. Start: 09:30

12th October 2007 Dear Parents, Next week, on Thursday 18th October, the Preparatory School will be celebrating Harvest Festival. All the children are invited to bring in a contribution of fruit, vegetables, homemade cakes, bread etc, to help celebrate this day. We will be having a Harvest Celebration in the Marian Hall at 9.30am, to which you are cordially invited. During the afternoon, at 3.00pm, the children will be able to buy the produce brought in and the money raised will be sent to CAFOD to help alleviate the problems left by the severe flooding in Central Africa. | ||

October 11th 2007 Dear Parents, Re: Tea Time Concert - October 30th at 4.00pm. We are delighted to invite you to join us at our first informal concert of the year. Our performers will be drawn from children who are just embarking upon the exciting journey of learning a musical instrument. Please join us for tea in the Marian Hall at 4.00pm, prior to the concert. We hope to finish by 5.15pm. Children who are performing will be supervised in school until just before we start. We would appreciate you completing the return slip below to help with our catering arrangements and look forward to seeing you at our concert. | ||
