Tara training for England
Tara O’ Herlihy in Year 10 has recently been selected for the England Golf training programme.
Tara had to attend a one day skills testing day at Bowood and from there became a member of the Birdies Year 1 South Squad. She will attend 6 sessions between December and June which take place at the Berkshire Golf Club. Tara will be completely kitted out with England kit which includes waterproofs, shoes, jumper and dress jacket.
Within Tara’s squad there are only 6 other golfers so this is a tremendous achievement for her.
We wish her every success with her training and look forward to seeing her in her England Kit.
