Tilly and her on-screen Mum!
In June 2010 I was called to an audition at Portobello Road Studios for a part in the film Salmon fishing in the Yemen. For the audition I had to read a part from the actual script that would be used in the film. I was lucky enough to be successful and filming quickly started that August. I was to play the main character’s (Kirsten Scott Thomas) daughter – Abby Maxwell. I went to London to film my two scenes and during the filming I had the opportunty to meet my on-screen mum and actor Ewan McGregor.
When the film was released I was invited to the cast and crew screening which was great fun. I enjoyed watching the film and will never forget this wonderful experience.
